About the Role
Udemy is looking for a highly cross functional product leader who cares deeply about internal users, is excited to lead hands-on, and lead a team of product managers. You will drive Udemy’s product strategy and execution, translating internal users’ needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap while working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, user research, and data science, as well as with support teams and cross-functional product leaders to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Udemy’s internal tools, which services millions of learners around the world.
You will help to build internal platforms to optimize our engineering operations, customer support operations, finance, and sales teams so they may serve our learners, instructors, and organizations.
This candidate would also be personable, collaborative and flexible, with the drive to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups. We are seeking a combination of strong technical vision, strategic leverage, team leadership, and high-velocity execution.
