We're growing our team rapidly and building out a best-in-class B2B marketing team. Location of this role will be based in Australia, ideally based in Melbourne.
About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to drive the UB APAC marketing strategy. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans which enable achievement of strategic priorities, pipeline targets, and revenue targets for our APAC SaaS business. 
We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role will lead our expansion efforts as we continue to scale the business across APAC.
About You
You are extremely data-driven and have a proven track record of using data to define growth strategies. You are a strong collaborator and partner for all go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Content Strategy) and know how to influence and manage priorities across leadership teams.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a key member of the local leadership team you Partner with other regional marketing team members to share and create marketing best practices across Udemy Business
  • Work hand in hand with the APAC sales team and leadership teams to support delivery of sales strategy through best in class marketing activities
  • Partner with global teams on setting strategy, bringing global marketing programs to the APAC region, partner with local content syndication vendors, and develop APAC specific marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that span demand generation, event marketing including webinars, virtual and physical events, content syndication and Account Based marketing programs to support regional quarterly sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Use and localise our content (eBooks, guides, webinars, tools, industry reports) to drive pipeline and develop relevant lifecycle campaigns for key regions in APAC.
  • Report on campaign performance so we know exactly what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best hit our goals. You’ll ensure we have detailed insight into all funnel metrics and the ROI across every acquisition channel.

We're excited about you because you have:

  • Senior leadership team experience with demonstrated collaboration with B2B SaaS stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in the SaaS space in APAC spanning events marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience working in partnership with B2B Sales and Customer Success teams, and have a deep understanding of sales cycles and deal complexity
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of using data to find and scale profitable acquisition channels. 
  • Ideally have experience with Marketing Technology tools and systems like Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce among others. Strong skills in Content Marketing, Events, Analytics, and Paid Marketing.
  • Experience managing complex projects, meeting deadlines and handling several projects at a time with a high attention to detail. 
  • The ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve consistent results.
  • Comfortable working with a distributed teams across different regions
